Karen Fresh
A native of Madison, Wisconsin, Karen lived there until December of 1972 when she graduated from the University of Wisconsin in Elementary Education with a minor in mathematics. She married her husband Mark in December of 1973 and has three sons, eight daughters also 13 granddaughters and 8 grandsons. She homeschooled her eleven children. She joined her parents in Lake Havasu City in June of 1985.
Karen joined Taekwondo in January of 1995 at Spradlin’s Taekwondo. She began instructing in 1999 and received her Certified Instructor status in October of 2007. She is recertified every 3 years according to ATA requirements. She bought the Lake Havasu Black Belt Academy in October 2004. She received her 5th Degree Black Belt in January 2022. A personal Taekwondo goal is one day to be a “Master” in the ATA.
Mr. Mark Fresh moved to Lake Havasu City in June of 1985. Usually the guy behind the video camera at TKD testing, awards and demonstrations, Mark, in June 2003, joined classes for himself and to support Karen. Mark is now a 3rd Degree black belt and is a level one instructor.

Mrs. Alexandra Landoni is a 4th Degree Black Belt and Level 3 Certified Instructor. Starting Taekwondo at the early age of 2 1/2 years old she achieved the rank of black belt. Due to her exceeding organizational and management skills, she has become an asset to the school in the structure and application of all the programs. Her favorite class to teach is the beginner class. She also teaches an adult self defense class and sparring.
Mr. Kyle King is a 2nd Degree Black Belt.
Mr. Maxon Smith is a 2nd Degree Black Belt.
Ms. Eisley Landoni is a 2nd Degree Black Belt
